Use this form to submit bids in advance on auction items in the catalog. Bid amounts must be equal to or greater than Opening Bids. Keep in mind that most items will go for an amount well above the opening bid.

All bids are binding. You will be assigned a bid number. If you are the highest bidder at the closing of the event and are not present, you will be contacted within several days of the auction to make arrangements for payment and for receiving your items. Complete this form and send e-mail to admin@bccjcg.org

Early bid forms need to be received by 4:00 PM on Friday, Noember 1, 2019.
