Adult Ed with Rabbi Judith Kummer - End of Life Issues: A Jewish Perspective While there is some taboo around talking — or even thinking — about the topic of death and dying, it is a truism to say that each of us will someday die. A question many people ask is what control or input they can have in the quality of the time leading up to their death, and how much they will need to suffer at end of life. Judaism has a lot to say about this topic, much of it based in a deep sense of compassion. Please join us for a discussion of Jewish attitudes towards life support, ceasing medical care, living wills and caring for patients in our final days. All are welcome. .
